My bio &
artist’s statement.

My full name is Adomas Vasiliauskas, currently working under the pseudonym SHIZMOS. I was born in 1982 to a Lithuanian professional artist’s family in Vilnius, Lithuania. I am a self-taught multidisciplinary artist, holding a BA degree in International Business.

Art as a medium for me is a spiritual experience. I believe that artists can and must solve real-life problems. My favourite topic to explore is the connection between human, nature and technology — how all three can coexist in harmony, and what could happen if this mission fails? My strong belief is that there is always light in the darkness, where I draw most of my inspiration to create.
